Banana, Almond Butter and Chocolate Chunk Vegan Ice-Cream


You will need:

2 frozen bananas
2 -  4 tbsp of almond spread made from 100% almonds. You will need to add enough almond spread as according to your preferred taste.
1 - 2 tbsp almond milk
1/4 cup of roughly cut vegan chocolate


1. Combine the banana, almond spread and milk in a food processor. Add more milk if it won't mix. I decided to only half mix mine so that there would be banana chunks in the ice-cream.
2. Pour into a metal tray, and mix in the chocolate. Cover with glad wrap and place in a freezer for 30 minutes before ready to serve.
